Property Management and Tenant Placement Service

Tenant Placement Service is the searching for and placing of a tenant in the property. Some owners may prefer to use us for Tenant Placement only, and will manage and maintain the property on their own.

Full Property Management Service is designed for clients who want to take an entirely hands-off approach.  We will find the tenant, please the tenant and manage the property.

Tenant Placement Fee (per rental unit)

• 50% of the first month rent, plus tax.
• Print advertising and credit checks will be additional per use expense.

Management Fees (per rental unit)

• The greater of $150 or 8% of the gross monthly rent, plus tax.
• Additional Tenant Placement and/or Non-Resident Client fees may apply.
• There are no vacancy fees (monthly charge if unit is empty).
